Telecentric lens on both sides Polarized type/supports internal reflection (option)

Please contact us if the subject has a low reflectance such as a metal or resin surface.

When using a telecentric lens with coaxial epi-illumination, there is no problem with images of mirror surfaces such as glass or wafers with high reflectance (see image A below). surface reflected light may be reflected (see image B below). This phenomenon is particularly noticeable at low magnifications. In this case, since image processing cannot be performed as it is, it is possible to eliminate this reflected light by improving it to the specifications of a polarizing microscope (see image C below). At our company, all models of both-side telecentric lenses (coaxial epi-illumination type) compatible with mega-pixel and 400,000-pixel cameras can be optionally improved with polarization specifications.
