It looks like it's going to rain today. The rain clouds are low, about 200m high. The top of Ikebukuro Sunshine 60 Building was in the clouds. |

This is the Skytree over the Ryogoku Kokugikan Sumo Hall. After crossing the Sumida River, I took the picture as the building on the left passed by. |

By midday the clouds had cleared considerably. |
