This is the Skytree from Chiba, which is also platform number 4. The roof of the building is pyramid-shaped, and the Skytree is placed on top of it.

There are many workers at the digital antenna in the upper center of the screen. They are probably connecting wires.

Construction is underway on the steel support columns at the base of the Gain Tower and the outer wall above the second observation deck below. Workers can be seen.
