1. Disadvantages of internal inspection using CCTV lenses and fisheye lenses
CCTV lenses and fisheye lenses are often used when inspecting the inner surface of processed parts such as metals and resins and containers. With a CCTV lens, the work (object surface) is rotated and divided images are captured from an oblique angle, but there are problems such as the takt time required for rotation and the inability to focus on the entire area. With a fisheye lens, a 360° field of view can be obtained in one shot, but the short WD (working distance) causes problems such as difficult illumination and large distortion.
