Nikko 2018
There have been a lot of typhoons this year, and even during the autumn foliage season, the weather has not been very good.
However, October 20th, 21st, and 22nd were sunny days, and on Sunday the 21st, Irohazaka was the most congested this year.
It takes courage to go out to Nikko at this time of year.
We were able to take some great photos under clear skies, but this year the trees were damaged by a typhoon.
The autumn leaves were not that colorful.
First of all, Irohazaka is very congested, so on the first day, I will visit the Nikko World Heritage Site, and on the next day, I will head towards Lake Zenji.
We went sightseeing on the following schedule.

The group of shrine buildings was registered as a World Heritage Site in December 1999.

IMG_3493Umarokya, the Night Monk
This is the only god found in the whole country.
In his right hand he holds an arrow.
The way to offer a hamaya is to place it with the arrow facing up.
I will offer it.
By the way, there is an elephant sculpture on the knee of the leg.
Yes, there is. It is said that this is how it got the name "Kizakozo."

View of Lake Chuzenji from Akechidaira.
This year, there are three trees in front of Lake Chuzenji.
There's a crane up there, ruining the beautiful view.
There is construction going on at the Hotel Ritz. It will be gone by next year.
Kegon Falls has a large amount of water and is a sight to behold
there is.
We were blessed with clear skies without a single cloud.
8:30am.

It was visible to the naked eye.
