Good morning. How was yesterday's big earthquake in your area? The news reports are describing it as a terrible disaster. We would like to express our heartfelt condolences to those in the areas that have suffered enormous damage, and we ask that you remain cautious as there is still concern of aftershocks. Since yesterday, in Koto Ward, Tokyo, where our company is located, the ward office's local disaster prevention radio public information loudspeaker has repeatedly broadcast, "Due to the earthquake, electricity usage has increased and there is a power shortage. Please cooperate in saving electricity."

This is Skytree this morning. There appears to be nothing unusual, so we are relieved, but the details are unclear. Last night's lighting was different from previous lighting. There is a possibility that something unusual has happened. We also lack information. There has been a change in the estimated height. It was 619m yesterday morning, and around noon it was at its current height of about 624m. We do not know what will happen with future lift-ups.

The huge traffic jam that started yesterday has not cleared up all night and is still continuing for over 14 hours. There are people at our company who are unable to get home, so I uploaded this photo from this morning. Some trains have started running again, but I plan to go home in a company car from now on. I'm worried about the traffic jam on the general roads.
