360° special optical system/hole inspection lens for inner surface inspection
Hole inspection optics - 360° internal view with perfect focus
Captures images of the inner side and bottom of workpieces up to φ120 x 190 mmD while away from the workpiece. It is ideal for inspecting the inner surface of processed parts such as metals and resins and containers.
Proposal of the simplest and most suitable lens for inner surface inspection in the beverage and automobile industries
- Ensures a field of view from a minimum inner diameter of φ10×6mmD to a maximum of φ120×190mmD
- Imaging is performed at a distance of WD = 5 to 62 mm from the workpiece
- 1/3″ image sensor compatible (PCHI013)
- 1/2″ image sensor compatible (PCHI012)
- Compatible with 2/3" image sensor (PCHI023)
- Compatible with 1.1" image sensor (PCHI3M)
- C-mount
