Opto Art "DSV series"(Scheduled to exhibit demo)

High-speed vision inspection system with simultaneous all-in focus on multiple objects at greater distances This time, we will exhibit a high-speed image inspection system DSV and a large number of dedicated telecentric lenses.
  • TCLS series: Double telecentric lenses
  • HD35D series: Macro lens
  • HRX2.5XD: Microscope objective lens
DSV (Distant Space Vision) means 1) the focus range can be extended farther, 2) the range is deeper, so spaces such as steps can be monitored, and 3) multiple objects can be captured in focus at the same time. DSV is equipped with a dedicated double telecentric lens TCLS series on the DSV head, and can focus to a range of about 20 times the depth of field of the lens alone. TCLS has a magnification of 0.2X to 10X, and can be used for electronic and automotive part inspection and image diagnosis in the bio field. The DSV head is equipped with Mitutoyo Corporation's "TAGLENS" that can instantly change the focal length, and optimizes the image output through our relay lens.
