Opto Art "DSV series"(Scheduled to exhibit demo)
High-speed vision inspection system with simultaneous all-in focus on multiple objects at greater distancesThis time, as a new product, the high-speed image inspection system DSV series will be exhibited for the first time.
DSV (Distant Space Vision) means 1) the focus range can be extended further, 2) the range becomes deeper, so it is possible to monitor spaces such as steps in the middle, and 3) the field of view where multiple objects are focused simultaneously. It means to be caught.
The DSV has a dedicated double telecentric lens TCLS series or a macro lens HD35 series attached to the head of the DSV.
TCLS has a magnification of 0.2X to 10X, and can be used for electronic/automotive parts inspection and image diagnosis in the bio field. The HD35's 0.05X can recognize the shape of an object 70cm ahead and inspect the condition of metal surfaces, etc.
The DSV head incorporates Mitutoyo's TAGLENS, which can change the focal length instantly, and optimizes the image output via our company's relay lens.
