Last night at the sake specialty shop "Sakereiba" in Ikebukuro
I came across some extremely delicious sake at "Shu Le Bar." "Takachiyo" is from Takachiyo Sake Brewery in Minamiuonuma. The color of the sake was cherry blossom pink, as shown in the photo on the left. It was a slightly sweet unfiltered sake. It had a good finish after you put it in your mouth and sip it down, and it didn't have the typical aftertaste of sake.
The owner also gave it rave reviews.
Since it is a custom-made item, there are no second ones available.
The people who came to the store last night were very lucky.
I drank the whole bottle. I felt great this morning. The label design is also really cute. Under the word "Takachiyo" it says "One day, a pink bear."
It was so delicious that I took the entire empty bottle home with me.
