The grid plate in the photo below is still laser cut. Now we will remove it with a chisel.

I removed the photo below.
As shown in the photo below, three boards are used for each unit. The board in the middle is shaped by hand into a round eel shape. All three boards are shaped in the same way.
Counterclockwise from the top right in the photo below: base plate, pedestal, AC adapter, remote control, core pillar RGB LED driver, first observation deck white ring LED, second observation deck ring LED, 5V low voltage DC/DC converter, SW DC jack DC plug harness, second observation deck ring LED controller, first and second observation deck harness
