There is a 2m lightning rod at the top of Tokyo Sky Tree. However, from here you can see an anemometer that looks to be about 4-5m high. This is a gain tower. Radio waves from six terrestrial digital broadcasting stations are transmitted from here.

This is a dome-shaped antenna. It is a radio relay device for television broadcasting called an FPU. It faces the direction in which the broadcasting radio waves emitted by each TV station come from. It transmits the received radio waves from the tree-shaped broadcasting antenna.
