Today, the typhoon seems to be heading toward the east coast of the Kii Peninsula. The rain has stopped. The weather looks like it might have some sunshine. This is the second observation deck. A helicopter is in the photo. The protruding platform on the side of the tower below the second observation deck is also completely completed.

This is the last train. The scaffolding sticking out from the tower on the upper right of the crane should disappear soon.
