This is the Tokyo Skytree from the Sumida River in front of Ryogoku Station on the Sobu Line. Yesterday, the admission fee for the observation deck was announced when it opens next spring. It will be 2,000 yen for adults to the first observation deck, and 3,000 yen including the second observation deck. It's hard to say whether it's expensive or cheap.

You can see the cable bobbins at the base of the gain tower.
Is this for wiring work related to digital antennas?

This is the second observation deck. It looks like it's completely finished from the outside.

This is the rooftop of the First Observatory and the tree above it. There are cable bobbins on the rooftop, just like on the rooftop of the First Observatory. You can see about three workers nearby.
There are lots of protruding landings with handrails around the tree body in this section. It's pretty much done.

On the right side of the First Observation Deck rooftop, you can see workers riding on a gondola lift, a type of work equipment often seen on utility pole construction sites.
