This is the Skytree seen from Sumida Park on May 1st last year. The left and right ridges of the tower are symmetrical. The curves were measured from this photo and drawn into a CAD drawing.

This is from the construction site qualification on May 1st last year. The right side of the tower's "mukuri" tree ridge is slightly bulging. The opposite side, the left ridge, is called "sori". It is modeled after the sori of a Japanese sword.

There is a Tokyo Skytree antenna shop in front of the construction site near Narihirabashi Station. There is a model there. I took a picture of this and measured the warp and deflection.
