The temperature today is 6°C. The wind is not particularly strong.
By yesterday, the backside installation of the 4th digital antenna was almost finished. The installation will be completed between today and tomorrow, and the lower scaffolding will start to be installed, and the next lift-up will be done between this weekend and next week. The work is progressing at a weekly pace.

Workers are working on the gondola on the outer wall of the first observation deck. (Please zoom in) There is also a worker next to the upper gondola cart. He is sitting, but there are no handrails. It must be pretty scary. The work appears to be removing the anti-fall netting that is attached to the outer wall of the observation deck. There are many string-like things that look like netting to secure it to the outer wall.

A large crane is being used to bring in cement and other materials. It appears that the materials are being transferred from a white carrier tube brought in by a crane from the ground to an orange box installed on the roof of the First Observatory.
