Installation of exterior wall panels above the First Observation Deck has begun this year (at the base of the large crane). The maintenance gondola for the First Observation Deck exterior wall, which appeared yesterday, is still at work. There is a gondola hoisting cart at the top of the slanted cone surface of the exterior wall, and a gondola with one or two workers inside is being hung from this. The gondola can move all around the observation deck together with the cart. The vertical lines that appear on the exterior wall appear to be rails for the gondola to move up and down.
