Good morning. Today was the coldest day of the year. The lifting started yesterday at around 3pm, and by 5pm the third antenna attachment point had appeared. Even the topmost large crane could no longer reach the vibration control device at the tip.

The third digital antenna of the Gain Tower is visible. Installation of the antenna will likely begin as with the first and second antennas. Two workers can be seen inside the steel support pillar of the Gain Tower, which has been lifted up about 10m.

This is the exterior of the second observation deck. There doesn't appear to be any particularly noticeable construction going on.
