It's cloudy this morning and the seeing isn't very good.
The top digital antenna panel began to be installed on the 18th of last week. It is being installed from the back side as seen from here.

Comparing it with the photo from the 17th, the gaps in the steel frame of the Gain Tower are no longer visible. The other side is completely installed. You can see a little bit of the side on both sides.
